My goal isn't to keep you as a user forever. My goal is to help you build healthier habits, reclaim your time, and eventually not need this app at all. When you're ready to delete DopamineSwap because you've gained control over your digital life, that's not a failure, that's graduation.

I built this app because I genuinely want to help people break free from phone addiction. Your success is my success. Whether that takes 30 days or 300 days, the ultimate goal is for you to no longer need external tools to manage your screen time.

How is this different from Screen Time?

Screen Time shows you the problem but doesn't help you fix it. I designed DopamineSwap to actually block apps, suggest alternatives, and make breaking bad habits feel like a game you can win.

Can I bypass the blocks?

The blocks use Apple's Screen Time API - they're real blocks. You can grant emergency overrides after a mindful interruption, but it'll cost you 20 Focus points.

Is my dat private?

100% yes. Everything runs on your device using Apple's privacy APIs. I literally can't see your data even if I wanted to - it never leaves your phone.

What's Training Wheels mode?

It's my gentle mode - you get warnings at 33%, 66%, and 100% of your time limit before apps get blocked. Good for easing into it.

How does the Dopamine Score work?

You get 100 points to earn each day - 50 for staying focused (you lose these by breaking rules) and 50 for doing better things (reading, walking, etc). Your lifetime total unlocks ranks.
